Creator Expectations
Approved creators are expected to:
- Produce the agreed content within the agreed timeframe.
- Clearly identify or tag Island Buzz Tours where applicable.
- Accurately represent the experiences provided.
- Maintain respectful conduct toward residents, guests, staff, culture, heritage sites, and the environment.
- Follow safety instructions during activities.
- Disclose complimentary or sponsored experiences where required by applicable advertising rules.
- Communicate promptly if travel plans or content schedules change.

Content Usage & Important Information
Creators retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed.
As part of an approved collaboration, Island Buzz Tours may request permission to repost selected campaign content on its social media and digital platforms with appropriate creator credit.
Any broader commercial usage, advertising rights, exclusivity, or extended licensing should be agreed separately with the creator.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Participation in the campaign is by application and approval.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
Unless specifically included in a written collaboration agreement, creators are responsible for their own:
Flights • Accommodation • Immigration Requirements • Meals • Personal Expenses • Travel Insurance • Transportation outside approved services
Some activities may require waivers and are subject to availability, weather, safety requirements, and Island Buzz Tours policies.
